Payment options

As an ePARK customer you have the option to pay by debit card, credit card or invoice, depending
on what kind of car parking ticket you purchase. Regarding car parking tickets purchased via our
app, private customers always pay via their debit or credit card. If you buy your car parking ticket
by SMS, you also have the option to pay by email invoice or receive a printed invoice.

Paying invoices for parking fees made by SMS

We offer invoice payment services in collaboration with Arvato Finance AB when you buy a car
parking ticket from us by SMS. In order to receive an invoice, you must be 18 years old and be
registered in Sweden. At the time of purchase, Arvato conducts a simplified credit report. In the
unlikely event that you are not allowed to pay by invoice, you can choose from several other
payment options available at the time of purchase.

If you choose to pay by invoice, we will transfer the claim to Arvato, who will invoice you monthly
for the previous months parking fees. The invoice will be sent to the email address that you
provide. If no email address has been provided, the invoice will be sent to your registered home
address instead. There is an additional charge of SEK 25 for printed invoices sent by post.

Payment terms for invoice payments is 14 days. In the event of late payments, a 24% interest fee
per year will be added, and you will also receive a payment reminder which includes a reminder
fee of SEK 60, in accordance with Swedish law.

Note: Tickets that have already been paid for via another payment method cannot be charged afterwards. Payment via Swish is added to a balance for future unpaid tickets. The balance cannot be used to pay for a ticket as part payment, but must cover the entire ticket price.
