We make paying your parking fee easy
How do I pay?
You pay directly from your mobile phone via your debit card. We use DIBS secure payment solutions, and none of your personal details are stored in the app. You link your debit card to ePARK’s service by clicking on the upper left menu and selecting “Card registration”.
What do I do?
If you’re a first-time user, you can receive a valid car parking ticket directly simply by registering. Fill out your license plate number, city and zone. Then choose how long you want to park your car and click on pay. On the next page, fill out your email address and choose a pin code. You will receive a valid car parking ticket immediately and pay for it later when you register your card.
After that, you can register via the app at your own leisure. You will automatically receive an email to remind you to complete the registration. Click on the upper left menu and select ”Card Registration” to link your debit card to the service.
Car parking ticket and inspection
When you buy a car parking ticket via the app, you automatically receive an electronic car parking ticket in your phone. When traffic wardens see a car without a car parking ticket, they carry out a search of the license plate number using a handheld computer or smart phone to check whether there is an ongoing parking session.
You can view all your car parking ticket from the upper left menu under “History/Receipts”, and you can forward them as PDF files to your email address without any additional cost.
